Here is our Ryan PT-22, a really pretty aircraft. This kit is one of our more interesting to build and flies great!!! The replica is a show stopper everywhere we go.

This outstanding kit features plug-in wing panels, a fiberglass cowl, all the rigging hardware and lots of decals. Almost everything needed is in the kit.

The intricate landing gear has been reproduced simply and accurately. The builder will not have any trouble making this gear.

The gear also has functioning springing action. The plans show how to spring the tailwheel as well. The PT-22 is impressive to see as the landing gear absorbs the bumps of the flying field. The flaps slow the craft down nicely for smooth landings. Field assembly is easy, just plug in the wings and attach the flying wires. the center section unbolts for radio access.

The Pt-22 has a wing span of 90 inches and 1260 sq. inches of wing area. Or finished model weighs 17 pounds. a ST 2500 is good power for this model.

All parts are hand cut and the wood is hand selected. The kit is well engineered making building fairly easy for the average builder.
