Waco Model 10 was an improvement on the Waco 9, and a much more attractive plane. The Waco Taper Wing again was an improvement due to the shortage of the OX-5 engines.

They installed a Wright Whirlwind in the staid old Model 10 and made a good hot rod airplane which made for a fantastic aerobatic plane that lasted for years as a premier stunt plane. There are still a few being used to this date.
